1. The service
Numen is a numerology and journaling app for entertainment and self-reflection purposes. It allows you to log numbers you notice, receive personalised insights based on numerological traditions, and track patterns over time.
Numen is for entertainment and personal reflection only. Its content is not a prediction, and is not a substitute for professional advice — financial, legal, medical, psychological, or otherwise. Do not make important decisions based solely on the app's content.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Numen.
3. Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping it secure. You are responsible for the content you log within the app.
4. Subscriptions
Numen offers an optional premium subscription ("Numen Premium") on a monthly or annual basis. The annual plan may include a free trial.
- Subscriptions are billed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account.
- Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings.
- Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies; we do not process payments directly.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the app or its content
- Interfere with the app's operation or security
6. Intellectual property
All content, designs, and code in Numen are owned by NumenLabs and are protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute the app's content without permission. Personal, non-commercial sharing of your own generated cards (via the app's share feature) is permitted and encouraged.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
Numen is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its content will meet your expectations.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NumenLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
