The quickest way — in the app
- Open Numen and go to the You tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted.
Your account and all associated data are permanently removed straight away. This can't be undone.
If you can't access the app
Lost access to your device, or already removed the app? Email us at hello@numenlabs.io from the address linked to your account, with the subject line "Delete my account." We'll process the deletion and confirm by reply, typically within a few days.
What gets deleted
When you delete your account, we permanently remove:
- Your profile, including your name and birth date
- Your Life Path and astrological details
- Every number you've logged, with its notes and reflections
- Your weekly insights and journal history
- Your account login
Nothing is retained after deletion. There is no archive and no recovery — deletion is final and complete.
A note on subscriptions
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel a paid subscription, because subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, not by Numen. To cancel billing, manage your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings before or after deleting your account.
